This policy explains how AI Label Remover (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit ailabelremover.me or contact us.
1. Images processed by the tools
Our image and supported-video tools process files locally in your browser. The toolkit does not upload your selected images or videos to our servers or an AI provider. Video cleaning works directly on local file slices without sending them to a remote service. Files and results are normally held in the browser session. If you choose “Check AI-label metadata”, the exported image or video is temporarily saved in this browser’s local storage database to carry it to our metadata inspector. It is not uploaded. The transfer expires after 10 minutes, is removed when retrieved, and expired transfers are cleared during later transfers. You can also remove site data in your browser settings. Keep your originals and close the page or clear the tool when finished. Downloads are stored wherever your browser saves them.
2. Website requests and security
Local image processing does not make website visits anonymous. Hosting, content delivery and security services may process information needed to deliver and protect this website, such as IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and security events. WordPress and installed security services may use this information to prevent abuse and maintain the service.
3. Cookies and site services
WordPress can use cookies for signed-in sessions, preferences and administration. Security or delivery services may use cookies or similar technologies for operational purposes. The image toolkit itself does not require advertising cookies or an account. See our cookie policy for more information.
4. Contact form and email
Our contact form is provided through WPForms. When you submit it, the name, email address, message and other information you enter are sent to this website and its email delivery service to handle your request. Form anti-spam features may process technical information to prevent abuse. Submitting the contact form is separate from local image-tool processing.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot, handle privacy requests or maintain relevant correspondence. Please do not send confidential images or unnecessary sensitive information.
5. Analytics and advertising
The image toolkit contains no analytics, advertising or telemetry code. Other site services can have separate data practices. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising, we will update these notices and provide choices where required. We do not sell images selected in the tools; they are not uploaded by the toolkit.
6. Service providers and disclosure
Providers involved in hosting, security, delivery and email may process technical or contact information to operate those services. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect the website or address abuse. Their processing locations can differ from yours.
7. Retention and security
We keep contact correspondence only as needed for its purpose and relevant operational or legal needs. Technical log retention depends on the hosting and security systems involved. We use reasonable safeguards, but cannot guarantee that any website or email system is completely secure.
8. Your choices and requests
You can manage cookies in your browser and choose whether to contact us. 9. Children
